Executive Director, Canadian Skills Training and Employment Coalition (CSTEC)

In addition to his role at Prism, Ken is the Executive Director of the Canadian Skills Training and Employment Coalition (CSTEC).  He provides advisory services to the Automotive Policy Research Centre, advises labour unions on matters related to corporate restructurings, pensions, or collective bargaining and takes on other assignments related to industry analysis, labour markets or public policy. Prior to working at Prism he held senior positions in the United Steelworkers and managed a private equity fund that invested in mid-sized Ontario businesses.
