Project Manager, Canadian Skills Training and Employment Coalition (CSTEC)

John is a well-known researcher in the employment and training community across Canada.  He is the former Executive Director of PTP – Adult Learning and Employment Programs and the Toronto Workforce Innovation Board.   He is author of both Menial No More and 95 Months Later, two papers that spurred dialogue across Canada about the best way to support workers and the unemployed,   He has also played significant roles in the design and execution of effective labour market and educational interventions, including Elevate Canada, Rural Canada, and the Ontario Workplace Literacy and Essential Skills Initiative.
