Founding Partner Prism Economics and Analysis

Bill has held executive positions at mid-sized and large consulting firms for over 20 years. He has held faculty appointments at two Ontario universities, where has taught economics. He has also designed and delivered economics courses for the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO). Bill holds a Ph.D. in Economics (Boston College) with a specialization in econometric analysis, as well as a MA in Economics from Concordia University.
