Senior Researcher & Project Manager, Prism Economics and Analysis

Sabita has a B. Sc. in Social Sciences from the University of the West Indies, an M.A. in Employment and Labour Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies, a Master in Public Policy & Administration from Toronto Metropolitan University, and a PhD in Education at York University. Prior to joining Prism, Sabita worked with the City of Toronto, York University, the Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities, the Council of Ontario Universities, the Toronto Training Board, and the Employers’ Consultative Association in the Caribbean. Sabita has extensive experience as a researcher and policy advisor in the areas of industrial relations, labour markets, post-secondary education, labour market training, and equity and inclusion.
